At Verdant Craft, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
In the event of high order volumes or delays beyond our control (such as carrier delays, supply issues, or severe weather), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (availability and cost will vary by country)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
P.O. Boxes are accepted for most standard shipments. Oversized packages may require a street address.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.
Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Verdant Craft is not liable for packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@verdantcraft.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you need to make a change to your shipping information, contact us at hello@verdantcraft.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, changes may not be possible.
